How long you have to make a complaint

You should make your complaint within 6 months of either:

  • the event you want to complain about
  • finding out that you might have a reason to complain

In some cases, we might be able to accept a complaint after this time limit. If you feel that the time limit should not apply to your complaint, please tell us why.
