You can protect yourself and your family online from:

• fraud
• cyber bullying and stalking
• radicalisation

There are different ways you can do this. You can:

• protect your computer and devices
• keep social media profiles private
• be careful about what you post online
• protect your money online when banking and shopping
• report online crime and abuse to the police

If you've been the victim of an online crime, you can report it to Police Scotland by:

• calling 999 (emergency) or 101 (non-emergency)
• speaking to someone at any police station
