After you apply for your under 22s bus pass

If you apply online, the Improvement Service, who run getyournec.scot, will process your application. If you apply with your local council, the council will process your application. 

Your card will be posted to you within 10 working days of your application being approved. 

If your application is rejected, you’ll be told why. You can then apply again.
