You can still register to vote in Scotland if you do not have a settled address.
You can register to vote without a settled address by:
- filling out a form
- printing it
- signing it
- sending it to your local electoral registration office

- homeless or have no fixed address
- in the armed forces (or you're a spouse, civil partner or child of someone who is)
- a student
