A postal vote lets you vote from your own home. Anyone can apply for a postal vote. You do not have to give a reason.
How to apply for a postal vote
Download the application to vote by post.
If you cannot print the application form
If you cannot print the application form you can ask your local Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) to send you one.
Check contact details for your local ERO.
You can also find details of your ERO on your local council website.
Where to send your completed form
When you've completed the form you can:
- post it to your local ERO
- email a photo of it to your local ERO
