Check if you have insurance that can help with your mortgage repayments if your income has fallen.

This is called either:

• mortgage payment protection insurance
• accident, sickness and unemployment insurance

You can find out if you have insurance by checking:

• your mortgage paperwork
• with your lender
• with your mortgage broker
