You can get information in accessible formats and practical help with your application if you need it. For example:

  • an easy read guide explaining how the scheme works
  • British Sign Language (BSL) videos about Scotland’s Redress Scheme
  • information in large print and Braille
  • transcription and text to speech services
  • extra support if you have additional communication needs
  • translation and interpretation help if English is not your first language

The easy read guide and BSL videos are available online. If you need information in other formats or any extra help, a case worker can arrange this for you.
