Standards you must meet as a property factor
You must follow the Property Factor Code of Conduct. The code sets minimum standards for:
- providing clients with a written statement of services
- clear communication and consultation
- handling homeowners' money and debt recovery
- arranging insurance
- managing repairs and maintenance
- handling complaints
