Accredited body application - Level 1, 2 and PVG scheme disclosure
Application form used to to register as an accredited body for Level 1, 2 and PVG scheme disclosure, or to add a countersignatory for your organisation.
If your organisation is only eligible for Level 1 disclosure, you need to use a different form.
Once your registration is approved you'll be sent instructions on how to set up your account. You'll be sent a unique link to create a ScotAccount and sign in.
Warning
Do not create a ScotAccount until you receive a unique link from Disclosure Scotland. You must use the unique link.
