Cars

Your child must be put in a child car seat until they're aged 12 or 135 centimetres tall.

When they're aged 12, or they're more than 135cm tall, they must wear a seat belt.

The type of child car seat your child can use depends on their weight or height. Types of seat include baby carriers, baby seats and booster seats.
