Update or change your registration

If you join the Register of Tobacco and Vaping Product Retailers, you need to update it if any information about you or your business changes. 

For example, if you:

• change your name
• change the name or address of your business
• stop selling tobacco or nicotine products

There are 2 ways you can change or edit your information.

You can use:

• the website
• a paper form

Update online

You can use ePass to edit the register. You can access ePass using ScotAccount.

Update using a paper form

If you are the business owner, you can either:

• download the Retailers Change Request Form – you can print this PDF
• ask the Tobacco, Nicotine and Gambling Team to send you a form
