Your registration certificate

When you join the Register of Tobacco and Vaping Product Retailers, a registration certificate is created.

All of your registered premises will be listed on the certificate.

If you make any changes to your registrations then your certificate will automatically update.

Your certificate is in the 'Manage Premises' page of your ePass account.

Trading standards

If trading standards officers visit your premises, they may ask to see your registration certificate.

You can show them:

• your certificate on ePass
• a PDF copy of your certificate you've saved to a phone, computer or tablet 
• a printed copy of your certificate
