Social Security Scotland wants feedback from clients who repaid money after overpayment.
They want to hear about your experience to understand what:

Social Security Scotland has invited clients who repaid money to complete a survey.
You need a password to access the survey. You will find it on the letter or email inviting you to take part.
You can complete the survey online. It should take you around 10 minutes. You cannot save your answers, so you should complete the whole survey in one sitting.
Paper
If you would prefer to fill in a paper copy, call free on 0800 001 4542. They can send a form to complete and a pre-paid return envelope. Please quote reference ‘Repayment Feedback’.
Phone
If you would prefer to complete the survey on the phone, call Social Security Scotland free on 0800 029 4974. They can arrange an interpreter if you need one.
If you use a text phone you can call using the 18001 prefix.
If you are a British Sign Language user you can use the contactSCOTLAND app to call by video relay.
