The functions of the Scottish Land Commission are on any matter relating to land in Scotland. This includes:

  • reviewing the impact and effectiveness of any law or policy
  • recommending changes to those laws or policies
  • gathering evidence, carrying out research, preparing reports and providing information and guidance
