Read Inspectorate of Prosecution reports

The Inspectorate of Prosecution in Scotland is an independent body that carries out inspections on the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS).

The point of these inspections is to:

  • improve the way COPFS serves the public
  • make COPFS more accountable for anything it does wrong
  • assure the public that COPFS is running effectively

The inspectorate publishes all its inspection reports online.

Visit the Inspectorate of Prosecution in Scotland website to access these inspection reports.
