Using ePass with ScotAccount
You must sign in with a ScotAccount to use ePass. If you do not have a ScotAccount you can create one when you sign up.
ScotAccount is the secure and simple way to access public services online.
Paper application forms
If you’re unable to apply online, you can use a paper application form.
You can get a form by:
- downloading it from the mygov.scot page for the licence or register you’re applying for
- asking the team that manages the licence or register to send you one
