Local roads and drains

The council usually deals with floods on local roads, streets and drains. Check your council website for how to tell them about a local flood.

Transport Scotland is responsible for managing the major roads and motorways. To report flooding, contact Transport Scotland’s Traffic Scotland Service which manages and monitors the major roads.
