Parking and Bus Lane Tribunal for Scotland

The Parking and Bus Lane Tribunal for Scotland (PBLTS) comprises of appointed independent legal members and a small team of administrative staff who work on their behalf.

Adjudicators consider appeals against Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued by a number of councils within Scotland for parking contraventions and for three councils for bus lane enforcement contravention notices.

Appeals can be made only after you have received a 'Notice of Rejection' from the council.

You can appeal online or request a postal form by phoning PBLTS on 0300 303 5760.
