Independent Living Fund (ILF) Scotland give financial support to disabled people so they can live independently.
Their Transition Fund supports young people aged between 16 and 25 living with disabilities who are at an important transitional stage in their lives. This is now open for applications.
They also administer the funding that was transferred from the UK Independent Living Fund for Scottish and Northern Irish people who were awarded the fund before it closed in 2015.
The ILF Scotland Transition Fund provides money to young people living with disabilities to help them become independent and continue to spend more time with other people.
