This is an offline application for a PVG scheme disclosure (Join). You can use it if you cannot complete the application online.

It's for people who are joining the PVG scheme, or existing PVG members who want to work with a new vulnerable group.

It can also be used by people who are personal assistants, self-employed or work for an individual.
