• company name
• company address
• email address

Why you might need updates

If you do letting agency work in Scotland you must:

• comply with a Letting Agent Code of Practice
• be entered on the Scottish Letting Agent Register

When do I need to register?

In order to legally carry out letting agency work you must apply to the Scottish Letting Agent Register. You cannot carry out letting agency work until your application is approved.
