Person Centred Planning is a way of helping someone plan their life. It's a service offered by professional planners.

You can use the Person Centred Planning Grant to get help from a planner to plan your goals and how to achieve them.

Technology Grant

You can apply to the ILF Scotland Technology Grant to get an Apple iPad or Microsoft Surface Go tablet.

You can apply for the Technology Grant without applying to the Transition Fund. 

If you need other IT equipment, or IT equipment and something else, apply to the Transition Fund instead.
