Further information about the Fund, how it operates and an informal discussion about whether a particular business or project might benefit from an equity investment, is available from the Fund Managers, Equity Ventures Ltd at the address below.
Following an initial assessment, a preliminary meeting may be arranged. Should the Fund Manager and the management team feel a viable business partnership can be formed, there will be further assessment of the business and the terms of the proposed investment will be agreed in principle. The Fund Manager will then arrange for an investigation of aspects of the company using members of a Professional Advisory Network comprised of accountants, solicitors, and technologists who may provide their service at reduced costs. Provided that the results of the investigation are satisfactory to the Fund, the investment will be completed using standardised legal documentation.
