Talk to the childcare provider

If you're not happy with the care your child is getting from your early learning and childcare provider you should talk to them.

If this does not solve the problem, you can make a formal complaint.

Complain to the Care Inspectorate

If you’re not able to solve the problem with the early learning and childcare childcare provider, you can make a complaint to the Care Inspectorate.

If you’re not happy with what the Care Inspectorate does, you can complain to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman.
