Get help to find work or increase your earnings as a parent
The Parental Employability Support Fund (PESF) supports parents to get a job or to increase their income if they’re already in work.
An Employability Lead from your local council will agree a plan of action with you and give you support. This can include support to:
- upskill or retrain
- find a job
- tell you about other services who can help you

Get help with childcare
You may be eligible for help with childcare. This could include:
- Funded Early Learning and Childcare
- Tax-Free Childcare
Check what you're entitled to and search for childcare in your area.
