Applying for development plan approval
Development plan approval (DPA) is a free service from Registers of Scotland.
DPA can help you register a new development quickly. It can also reduce the risk of applications being rejected if you register individual plots.
Who can apply
You can apply if you have a title in the Land Register of Scotland for the land you plan to develop.
How to apply
Send your information to Registers of Scotland to apply for DPA.
