Applying for development plan approval
Development plan approval (DPA) is a free service from Registers of Scotland.
DPA can help you register a new development quickly. It can also reduce the risk of applications being rejected if you register individual plots.
Who can apply
You must have a title in the Land Register of Scotland before you can apply for DPA. DPA cannot be completed against a sasine recorded title.
