You can do this by:
- asking for employee input into business decisions

- working together
- asking workers how the organisation can improve
Giving workers a voice helps them to:

How to promote effective voice in your organisation
Getting started
Offer workers a two-way communication channel so that they feel that their voices are being heard and they are influencing change. This could be:
- informal catchups
- weekly meetings
- employee surveys
- trade union recognition
- collective bargaining
Talk to workers to understand what communication channels they prefer.
