If you need help putting your bins out your local council may offer an 'assisted collection'. 

It's also called a 'pull out' service or a 'wheelout'.

How to apply 

You apply to your local council. How you qualify depends on each council.  But it usually needs to be because you:

  • physically cannot put your bin out
  • have nobody else to help you

Check your local council website for how to apply for assisted bin collection.

If you cannot find information about assisted collection contact them to check if they offer this service.
