mygov.scot is the place for people in Scotland to access public services that are easy to find and simple to use – services so convenient, people choose digital first.
A citizen led site
We aim to work closely and in partnership with public sector organisations to put user needs at the forefront of service delivery and design.
mygov.scot will continue to release information and tools that make it easier for Scottish citizens to access digital services and content will be added as new services develop and transition to mygov.scot. The live service will evolve through ongoing user feedback and analysis. We want your feedback on how we can improve things.
As with all Scottish Government websites, all media enquiries for mygov.scot should be directed to the Ministerial portfolio press desk for Communities (during office hours) on 0131 244 2960. Outside weekday office hours (8.30am - 5.30pm) and at weekends, journalists should ring 0300 244 4000. Calls are logged by security staff and the duty press officer will call back as soon as possible.
