The satisfaction survey has closed. Thank you to everyone who completed the survey.

How Social Security Scotland will use your answers

The answers to this survey will let Social Security Scotland know about peoples’ experiences of their services and benefits. That will tell Social Security Scotland:

  • what they’re doing well
  • where they can improve

Social Security Scotland will analyse the survey results. They’ll produce a report in autumn 2022. This report will be available on the Social Security Scotland website

Social Security Scotland will keep your answers confidential. No one involved in making benefit decisions now or in the future will:

  • know if you have taken part
  • have access to your individual answers

Taking part in the survey will not affect any of your applications or benefits
