If you need to move for another reason

You can move home during coronavirus. Moves need to happen as safely as possible. For advice on moving safely, you can read the moving home during coronavirus guidance on gov.scot.

During the move, take care to follow the latest physical distancing and hygiene guidance. You should avoid face-to-face contact where possible. Where face-to-face contact is necessary, everyone not from the same household should keep a distance of two metres apart.

Where an individual or family is self-isolating, or where a vulnerable person is shielding, moves should not take place. You should only move then, if it is for urgent health and safety reasons.

You can end your tenancy as you would at any other time.
