After a 20 year career in the NHS culminating in HR director appointments in an acute NHS trust and a regional health board, Keith left the NHS to set up his own management and HR consultancy. Over the last 15 years he has undertaken a wide range of assignments for a variety of organisations including the Scottish Government, several Scottish universities and a number of special health boards.
Keith's areas of expertise are strategy development, organisational turnaround, major organisational change projects, HR and organisational development transformation. For 13 years until December 2014 he was a non-executive council member of the Health and Care Professions Council. The council regulates 15 health and care professions UK wide, and regulates social workers in England.
