The Collaboration Prize offers businesses in Scotland an opportunity to transform their business by considering collaboration as a way to market, innovate and tender.
The consortium co-operative model works across many industries where businesses can benefit from economies of scale. The consortium may be formed for a number of reasons - including marketing, tendering or innovation - and can be the ideal solution for member businesses united by a shared purpose. With an ethos of equality at its core, consortium co-operatives are run by and for the benefit of their members and can help create globally competitive businesses.
