Complain about a mental welfare issue

You can contact the Mental Welfare Commission for advice on rights and good practice to do with:

• mental health and incapacity law
• care and treatment

If someone with a mental illness or learning disability is not getting the right care and treatment, the Mental Welfare Commission can look into it.
